Healthy Choices Are Better Than Health Reform Legislation
May 7th, 2009 | by caprice |One thing about studies is that they sometimes seem to have an outcome directed in favor of the position of the parties that funded the study. Produced by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Commission to Build a Healthier America, the discussion videos regarding healthy choices makes some points to consider. If a good portion of the problem is lifestyle, is policy the answer? And if a sweeping reformation is at hand because it makes sense to a majority, then one might also question “how are proposed policy changes are factoring in the basic health essentials, i.e., a safe environment for exercising, teaching children healthy food choices, and other lifestyle incentives?”
